Whiz-REPORT-IFS
Whiz-REPORT-IFS is a free tool that allows you to analyse the IFS of your System i or a specific directory and get a detailed report.

The archive contains a directory called Whiz-REPORT-IFS. Extract it anywhere on your Computer to install it.
WARNING : Depending on your computer, an upgrade or an installation of Java may be required for the tool to work. Click here to download the last release of Java.
HOW IT WORKS
Double click the file Whiz-REPORT-IFS.jar to open the tool interface.
All fields are mandatory.
System i IP address/Host name
Enter a valid IP address or Host name to connect to the System i.
Your computer must have network access to the System i in order for the tool to work.
User
Enter a valid user to connect to the System i.
Password
Enter the password of the User.
You can either save or not the password for the next time you launch the tool by selecting or not the Save checkbox.
IFS Directory to analyse
Specify the Path of the IFS directory you want to analyse. To analyse all the IFS, type / in the path. (/=root)
If directory is Root ("/") include system directories
If the directory to analyse is root ("/") and this checkbox is selected, the following and otherwise excluded system directories will be included to the analysis.
QIBM, QSYS.LIB, QDLS, QOpenSys, bin, lib, usr and www.
In this case the analysis will take a lot longer.
Click on the "Analyse" button to execute the tool.
If any field is missing or if any mistakes were made during the input, an error message will be displayed.
During the process, you will see your cursor in “Wait Mode” when you hover it over the tool window.
You will also see the advancement of the process in the tool's title bar.
When the process is done, a complete list of the content of the specified directory is displayed.
You can sort the list by File Name, Size, Last modified and by Path.
